The responsibility for controlling and regulating transportation is a shared one. The Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments are working together to ensure that all manufacturers, shippers, and handlers comply with the Act and Regulations.

Anyone who, handles, offers for transport, or transports dangerous goods must be trained and certified in the applicable sections of the Act and Regulations or be under the supervision of someone who is.

This course will provide, in clear language, all information related to and contained in the Regulation governing the transportation of dangerous goods.
